WHY CAN HUMANS COMMUNICATE WITH ANIMALS?
為何人類可以和動物溝通？
Animal communication is conducted through telepathy, which is an energy exchange. Everyone has this natural ability, but nowadays, we tend to rely on technologies and languages, and we slowly lose this natural ability.

Once a communicator is connected to an animal, they are able to receive messages through senses (scenes, visuals, words, feelings). It is not necessary to be next to the animal to initiate a communication. And, there is no distance or language barrier in this connection with the animal.
To make the most of our time together, please prepare a list of questions for your pet beforehand. Questions should be asked during the session, need not to share with the communicator before session. You can share your questions with your pet in advance to give them time to think about their answers. If you have questions about a specific person or thing, please provide a clear picture for the communication.
Remind your pet closer to the appointment that someone will be connecting with them. You can inform your pet verbally or mentally, for example, 'Jaynell will be connecting with you tomorrow. She will help deliver all your messages to me, so you can openly tell her anything you would like to say.'"
Communication Method 溝通方式：
To foster a smooth connection during our communication session, please approach your pet with an open mind, trust, and respect for their feelings. Each animal has unique thoughts, behaviours, cognitive abilities, moods, and ways of expressing themselves. Mutual respect is essential for a successful communication session.
Once a communicator is connected to an animal, they are able to receive messages through senses (scenes, visuals, words, feelings). It is not necessary to be next to the animal to initiate a communication. And, there is no distance or language barrier in this connection with the animal.
當溝通師與動物建立心靈連結後，便能透過感官接收動物傳達的訊息（畫面、話語、情感等）。動物溝通不受時間和空間限制，無需面對面進行，也無語言障礙。
Telepathic communication can be done by providing a photo of the particular animal, communicating through phone with the human, and connecting with the animal.
溝通師可以透過照護者提供的寵物照片，或以電話連線的方式與寵物連結，接收寵物的心聲。此外，也提供面對面的一對一諮詢服務。

Please read all the given information below：- Only the direct owner of the pet is allowed to make an appointment for his/her own pet.
- Not accepting cases such as deceased and missing/lost animal(s) for the time being.
- 僅限寵物的主要照護者預約。
- 暫時不接受離世或走失的寵物。

若想更有效地利用這一個小時的溝通時間，建議您事先列出想問寵物的問題。準備好問題清單，不必事先提供給溝通師。在溝通過程中，您可以隨時提出問題。您可以先將問題告訴您的寵物，給牠一點時間思考如何回答。若想詢問與特定人或物有關的問題，請提供清楚相關的照片，方便溝通師在溝通過程中視覺化地向寵物傳遞問題，讓溝通過程更順暢。

Please allow a few days for me to confirm your pet's openness to communication before we schedule an appointment. Not all pets are open to communicating. If your pet is open to this communication, we will arrange a date and time for a session. If your pet is not open to communication (perhaps not the right time or person), we will respect its decision.動物溝通需要寵物的同意才能進行。溝通師會在溝通開始前先與寵物確認溝通意願。如果寵物不願意溝通，溝通師將會尊重寵物的決定。
動物溝通的前提是獲得寵物的同意。溝通師會在安排溝通前確認寵物是否願意進行溝通。如果寵物不願意溝通（天時地利人和），溝通師將會尊重寵物的決定。

We will verify your pet's identity at the beginning of the session.
How does identity verification work?
The communicator will verify your pet's identity at the beginning of the session. The communicator will connect with your pet and ask him/her to provide some information to confirm its identity. The pet owner will verify the information provided by your pet. If the verification fails, the communication will not proceed further and there will be no charge.
開始溝通前，我們會先進行寵物身份驗證。
怎麼確認？
溝通師會請寵物提供一些只有您才知道的資訊，來確認牠就是您的寵物。
確認無誤後，您就可以開始向寵物提問了。
如果身份驗證無法通過，溝通將會中止，且不收取任何費用。
請保持開放的心態，信任溝通師，並相信您的寵物，尊重牠的感受。每隻動物都有自己獨特的想法、個性、認知、情緒和表達方式。互相尊重是讓溝通順利進行的關鍵。
